Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Jeweller Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of jewellery design and sales, with a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales performance. As a Senior Jeweller Consultant, you will be responsible for offering expert advice to clients, managing jewellery sales, and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice on jewellery selection and customization. Understand clients' needs and preferences to recommend suitable options.
• Sales Management: Drive sales by effectively showcasing and selling a wide range of jewellery products. Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on current jewellery trends, designs, and market conditions. Ensure in-depth knowledge of all products and their features.
• Customer Service: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing queries, handling concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and display presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to maintain a positive work environment and ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Gemology, Jewellery Design, Retail Management).
• Experience: Relevant experience in jewellery sales or consulting, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales abilities with a customer-focused approach. In-depth knowledge of jewellery and market trends.
• Attributes: Professional demeanor with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Age Limit: Up to 30 years to align with team dynamics and growth potential.
• Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary of ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
