Architect - SQL and reporting tool

Role & responsibilities

• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data.
• Develop and maintain system databases to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Create and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards using reporting tools.
• Optimize database systems for performance efficiency.
• Expected to have 1-2 database architecture implementation
• Ensure all database programs meet company and performance requirements.
• Research and recommend innovative database techniques and technologies.
• Resolve database usage issues and malfunctions.
• Provide data management support to users.
• Train staff on database use and management.
• Document database design and maintenance processes for reference purposes.
• Maintain data integrity by working to eliminate redundancy.
• Stay aware of current trends in database technology and continually seek opportunities for improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with SQL and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI or SSRS.
• Strong understanding of database structure systems and data mining.
• Experience with database technologies like Sql, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
