Manager- Logistics

Area of responsibilities:

• Coordination with Freight Forwarders/ Shipping lines/ CCF agents/CHA Vendors and ensure their timely submission of Invoices with supporting documents to verify and processings.
• Coordinate with overseas sites for documentations/ Freight invoices related to CCF Agent / Logistics requirement for timely verifications and forwarding for Payments.
• Verification of Freight Invoices as per approvals/ approved rates and escalate/highlight in case of any mismatches.
• RFQs process for logistics, freight, and services. Knowledge of ODC/Breakbulk and CAPEX logistics
• Seek clarifications from Logistics Partners and prepare necessary approval note as in case of any deviations in freight charges.
• Prepare Approval Note for Management approval & follow up till it gets approved.
• Invoice verifications, bookings & submission of clear Invoices for further payments to KPTL finance.
• SOA Reconciliations with Logistics service provider.
• Submission of CS (comparative statement) of Logistics Partner payment status and issues in a crystallised format for management review.
• Maintaining data in SAP
• Timely SAP updating & tracking of open invoices due from Logistics services.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports.
