Summary: Handling discipline wise procurement function of Oil & Gas division

• Sourcing new vendors/subcontractors
• Float enquiry for materials and subcontracts
• Negotiate with vendor & subcontractor
• Preparation of purchase and subcontract work order in SAP
• Coordinate for receiving technical documents for floating enquiries from engineering and planning dept
• Expedite collection of engineering Documents and Quality documents from suppliers/ sub contractors
• Coordinating with QA dept for inspection release note
• Coordinate with stores for tracking the receipt of materials in good condition and communicating with suppliers in case of rejection and arranging replacement
• Preparing payment request of suppliers and coordinate with accounts for timely payment of suppliers/sub-contractors
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance to the purchase order/work order terms.
• Expediting for timely delivery of materials to site and mobilisation of sub-contractors .
• Resolving payment issues of suppliers.
• Preparing and maintaining weekly procurement tracker
