Engineer/Senior Engineer- Civil Executin

Handling all the activities of RCC & FINISHING work .

Preparing , scheduling , co-ordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects .

Weekly review of planned work vs achieved work with contractors & prepare MOM to take it on record .

Inspecting and making the check list in case of shuttering and reinforcement before any heavy concreting work .

Maintained & track the requirements of materials & raised the PR in ERP .

BOQ calculations of various item of work & certify the bill before proceeding bills to biling department ..

Review of drawings especially related to finishing. co-ordination with Architects and consultants , if any amendment required with respect to finishing related issues .

Planning for execution and co-ordinating with vendors , store team & MEP team accordingly to achieve the target as per schedule .

Various initiatives to reduce wastages in term of material & manpower which impact cost of project .

Motivate the contractors & their team to achieve planned milestones .

Execution & co-ordination for all FINISHING & R.C.C related activities .

Reviewing the Engineering / Architectural / MEP details & resolving execution and co-ordination related problems associated with design .

Preparing 3 months looks ahead programme with project incharge and planning team .

Checking BBS of reinforcement for all RCC work and finalization of reconciliation .

Planning of work for smooth progress with Quality & safety . preparation of observation reports.
