Job Title: Supermarket Store Manager

Reports To: Regional Manager or COO

Job Summary:

Oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store standards.

*Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Ensure smooth store functioning, cleanliness, and stock availability.
• Sales: Achieve sales targets, analyze performance, and manage budgets.
• Customer Service: Resolve complaints and maintain a customer-friendly environment.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees.
• Inventory: Manage stock levels, merchandising, and minimize shrinkage.
• Compliance: Ensure health, safety, and legal standards are met.
• Reporting: Submit performance reports and communicate with senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred).

5+ years of retail/supermarket management experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in inventory and POS systems.

KPIs:
