Lead-Business Finance-AVP

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team! As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team.

Finance Business Partner duties and responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
• Assisting with the financial forecasting
• Managing and achieving the financial targets and objectives
• Providing financial analysis to business unit management
• Supporting the financial decision and budget process
• Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
• Supporting the preparation of management reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Finance Business Partner requirements and qualifications

• Budgeting of entire company/ department/ product
• Business planning, forecasting, budgeting
• Minimum of a CA or MBA in Finance or related field
• 8+ Years of Experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills
