Senior Product Manager - Personal Loan - NBFC (6-12 yrs)

Job Role: Product Manager - Personal Loan- NBFC

Location: Mumbai, Kalina

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop product strategy and execute end-to-end for Personal Loans offering

- identify market opportunity to launch new products thereby

- Benchmark with Competition, conduct market research

- Product life cycle management - track book movement, attrition

- Portfolio management - Tracking portfolio mix , key risk metrics on early and coincidental delinquency management

- Cost optimization - track digital journey application waterfalls and suggest ways to optimize cost

- Data analysis - create monthly adhoc dashboards for senior management review

- Customer Experience - Focus on delivering customer experience thru user friendly loan application journey and support services

- Regulatory Compliance - Stay updated on relevant regulations and ensuring PL product / journey is compliant

- Process management - Regular review of processes to increase efficiency and optimize TAT

- Ability to manage internal , statutory audit and RBI submissions

- Develop a clear strategy and business rationale and work towards projects / improvements for Customer delight

Job requirements :

- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights

- Knowledge of compliance and risk management practices in the financial services industry

- Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple projects

- Good Communication skills. Ability to understand customer issues

- Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL/PPT preferred

Qualification and work ex:

- Post graduate (pref MBA / PGDM) from premier institute

- Experience in NBFC / banking industry (retail lending) must
