Product Lead - Warehouse Receipt Finance/NBFC (10-20 yrs)

Job Purpose - Conceptualize & prepare strategies regarding retail finance and channel finance for Farm Equipment

Responsibilities :

- Understanding the product dynamics and ensuring that the policy framework encourages the portfolio growth without compromising on the portfolio quality.

- Close monitoring of the competition offering and ensuring timely credit policy amendments to ensure that the product remains competitive.

- Close interaction with the credit and sales teams at State level to ensure correct interpretation of the policies across the states especially the product being run on differential policies in various states.

- Monitoring the delinquencies and post disbursal document pendency to ensure timely follow - up with the concerned team and resolution thereof.

- Portfolio monitoring basis delinquency triggers and taking corrective action at dealer / location level.

- Ensuring that adequate manpower is made available by stake holders to ensure maximum outcome from the revised policy offering in terms of business expansion as well as collections efficiency. MIS and Reports Automation to assess product-policy and identify sales enablers/laggards
