Role & responsibilities

Understanding and Providing quality goods and services as per plant requirement at reasonable pricing.

Arranging QCS and negotiating to assure on time service/goods delivery

Issuance of PO/Service order to supplier

Regular follow up and assurance for timely delivery of material.

Follows ups for timely payment of vendors

Alternate vendor development for critical items with regard to pricing and delivery.

Technical discussion with suppliers based on request for new development from user department

Coordination with user department for smooth functioning of procurement process and day to day activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Good in English, communication skills .SAP,Tally, Excel, power point , MS office .
