Job Purpose

The position Project Coordinator- Bal Mitra Gram is designed to monitor the team during the execution of planned activities, support them in developing and implementing plans as per the requirements of a project and ensure accurate reporting of project work. The person should be well experienced in independently doing program planning, proposal writing and high quality report writing.

Job Description

• To support teams in designing work plan and activities aligned with the program outcome.
  
• To monitor the field activities as per the Theory of Change of BMG.
  
• To prepare monthly achievement reports from all three states highlighting the outcomes
  
• To bring innovation to the BMG approach to ensure sustainability of the program.
  
• To document the program s best practices in the form of success stories and video documentation.
  
• To oversee collection of data and preparation of project/ progress reports in accordance with available schedule
  
• To prepare periodic reports of monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  
• Conduct weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly meetings with staff, seek and apply inputs from the staff for effective programme implementation
  
• To Undertake field visits to oversee implementation of agreed action plan and effectiveness of the field staff
  

• Resolving day to day program related issues of the respective field units
  
• To provide handholding support to District Coordinators during the implementation of Monthly action plan.
  
• Perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
