Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the on-site installation of modular furniture, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the installation team to efficiently complete projects within established timelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections of modular furniture installations to guarantee the highest quality standards are met.
• Address and rectify any discrepancies or issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or queries from clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to site activities, including installation reports, project status updates, and incident reports.
• Assist in creating as-built drawings and other project-related documentation.
• Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during the installation process, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
• Establish positive relationships with clients during on-site visits, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth installation process.
• Seek feedback from clients to continually improve installation processes.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in modular furniture installation.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Understanding of modular furniture systems and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and plans.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project
