Project Manager

Job Responsibilities Project Manager:

1.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for interior design projects featuring modular furniture.

2.Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and vendors to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

3.Conduct site visits to assess space, gather measurements, and identify any potential challenges or opportunities.

4.Utilize expertise in modular furniture systems to recommend and select appropriate products for each project, considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.

5.Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source high-quality modular furniture components that meet project specifications and design standards.

6.Provide guidance and support to design teams on the integration solutions into overall design concepts.

7.Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

8.Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimise efficiency and productivity.

9.Proactively identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle, implementing solutions to minimise delays and disruptions.

10.Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and striving to exceed their expectations with innovative design solutions.

11.Solicit feedback from clients throughout the project, incorporating their input to ensure satisfaction and achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry, with a focus on modular furniture systems.
• In-depth knowledge of modular furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Office and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise competing demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
