SeniorFront-End UI/UX Designer (Interactive Design)

Job Overview
We are looking for a highly-skilled Front-End UI/UX Designer with expertise in interactive web experiences, and modern UI principles, to come on board as our User Experience Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of front-end technologies, advanced UI/UX design experience, and the ability to create visually stunning, responsive, and high-performance websites.

This role also requires proficiency in scroll-triggered animations, micro-interactions, and motion UI frameworks to deliver engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design & Development
You will design and implement modern, pixel-perfect user interfaces that make an impression. It should stand out, just like the work that we have done so far. In fact, out do all our previous work.

Create responsive and accessible UI components
Utilise prototyping and design systems, optimize layouts and typography for best user experience

Scroll Animation & Motion UI
Implement scroll-triggered animations using GSAP (GreenSock), ScrollTrigger, Locomotive Scroll or at least Scroll Sequence.

Develop smooth page transitions, parallax effects, and interactive elements
Work with Lottie animations (JSON-based UI animations)
Create micro-interactions and SVG animations for enhanced user engagement

Front-End Development & Performance Optimization
Develop using HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
Strong experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js
Optimize website performance, speed, and responsiveness
Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
Debug and fix layout and rendering issues

Collaboration & UX Strategy
Work closely with developers, product teams, and marketing teams
Conduct usability testing, A/B testing, and user behavior analysis
Contribute to design documentation, component libraries, and style guides

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise
Three or more years of experience in front-end UI/UX design
Expertise in CSS animations, keyframes, and transitions
Proficiency in JavaScript animation libraries such as GSAP, Anime.js, and Framer Motion

Experience with SVG, Canvas, WebGL, and Three.js for interactive graphics

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and minification

Design & UX Principles
Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
Ability to create visually appealing and conversion-optimised interfaces
Familiarity with design patterns and accessibility guidelines such as WCAG and ARIA
Knowledge of heatmaps, analytics tools, and UX research methodologies

Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Preferred Qualifications & Bonus Skills
Experience with 3D Web Animations using Three.js or WebGL
Familiarity with headless CMS and API-driven UI development
Prior work in e-commerce or SaaS-based UI/UX design
Knowledge of Webflow, Tailwind CSS, or other UI frameworks
Understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development
