I work with the most creative people that I have ever worked with. We don't say "No" to anything, and this defines the personalities that you would find in this company. We get to work with leaders and business people from over 20 countries, and we are highly recommended within closed groups. We solve problems, and no one can say that with pride.

Election season is hectic. The basic salary is constant, but the bonuses are based on performance.

...I am today. I have completed six years in the company, so, yes I love it here, The pay is excellent! and we get bonuses every New Years Eve. We get to learn so much more. Every team meeting starts with a challenge, but at the end of the day we feel that we can conquer the world. You can't figure out if they are a PR agency, or an advertising agency or a web development agency, or a political consulting company, or if they are a company that develops proprietary software. The teams I work with "measure brand influence on communities" and they also do multi-million dollar election campaigns in three countries. They understand design and their work never fails to impress. Truly one of the best places to work. Period.

...good people. The budgets are ridiculously expensive and they don't make excuses. And when people are willing to pay large sums of money, they expect the best results. In short, this company is not for the faint of heart. The work schedule is flexible, but during the elections it will get messy. Like I said...'not for the faint of heart'. The initial employment contract will be for two years only. This contract will be renewed with every promotion, so you have to be good at what you do, or you will get two years of experience that will shape the rest of your life. May the good lord bless this company :-)))

Too many high-value projects and all are high-octane experiences. I love the challenges, but sometimes it is overwhelming. We manage the social campaigns of the who's who of politics. We also have a handful of very powerful clients, and to top it off, we manage and execute the digital advertising spend of large companies including Pepsi, Unilever and other FMCG conglomerates and automobile brands.

Once it is election season in some remote village in some far away country, our team will be working much harder than the candidate or his entourage. We don't get any credit, let alone the cliched lack of appreciation from the clients. There is a risk of being disowned by our family members, after an assignment...hahaha We get paid handsomely, though.
