Placement Coordinator

In this role, you ll lead the development, implementation, and management of diverse job placement and work-based learning initiatives for trainees/learners. These activities encompass assessing job readiness, exploring career options, guiding navigation, offering coaching/counseling, and providing training to enhance job preparation skills. You ll offer hands-on assistance to trainees, furnishing them with insights and advice regarding specific occupation requirements, current job market trends, effective work habits, and strategies for excelling in job competitions, including tips for attire, crafting resumes, and mastering interviews. Additionally, you ll play a pivotal role in guiding trainees as they gear up for employment opportunities. You ll serve as a bridge, connecting trainees with potential employers by arranging interviews and aiding them in securing job positions.
