Job Title: Recruiter (Freshers Only!)
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: Fresher / 0 experience required

Background: No HR background/ degree, or anything related to HR not required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across verticals.
• Source and screen candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
• Update and manage recruitment databases and reports.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
• Ability to learn and implement sourcing techniques (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals).
