Associate

Internship Duration: 1 month and can be extended based on availability.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Kannada and English
Other Requirements: Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Stipend: Rs 7000 to Rs 10,000 per month or more, Along with certificate.
Salary: For full time Rs 17,000 to Rs 25,000 (full time)
Timings: 5 hours per day for interns and 8.5 hours for full time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Home Counselling

• 
  What You Do:
  
  Visit parents at their homes to provide personalized advice about the college
  and courses offered.
  Highlight the benefits of Pre-University (PU) and degree programs tailored to
  their child's future.
• 
  How It Works:
  
  Goal:
  
  Visits are scheduled only after confirming with the parents.
  Build trust with parents by offering clear information and addressing their
  questions to help them make informed decisions.

2. School Activities and Data Collection

• 
  What You Do:
  
  Visit schools to organize events, activities, and presentations.
  Interact with students and parents during these activities to promote
  awareness about our PU and degree programs.
  
• 
  How It Works:
  Use these engagements to collect student data and follow up for enrolment.

Goal:

Encourage students and parents to explore and consider enrolling in our
programs

3. Daily Telecalling

• 
  What You Do:
  
  Call parents daily to discuss the college's offerings and identify potential
  enrolments.
  Share detailed information about PU and degree programs (Science,
  Commerce, B.Com, BCA, and BBA).

How It Works:

Goal:

Establish rapport, answer questions, and invite them for counselling or events.
Identify and nurture leads to generate enrollment.
