QA QC Engineer

1 Should be able to produce precise BOQs that meet project specifications.

2 work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the project meets quality standards.

3 Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and VOR Documents.

4 Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.

5 Monitor and control costs throughout the project, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

6 Preparing interim and final valuations, variations and claims of the construction site.

7 Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering exercises.
