Manager - Used Car

A used car manager's responsibilities include managing inventory, sales, and customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Inventory management Maintain accurate stock records, Monitor vehicle performance, Ensure a quick inventory turnover, and Develop and maintain sources for buying and selling vehicles.

Sales Set sales goals and track progress, Provide training and support to sales staff, Assist in closing deals, Analyze market trends and set pricing strategies, and Develop and implement sales strategies.

Role & responsibilities :

• To work towards & achieve vehicle sales & allied targets.
• To market & promote products of the company thru generating prospects by doing field work & activities at Market place.
• Keeps up-to-date on Products Knowledge.
• Should keep abreast on competition knowledge & track its activity in assigned territory.
• To ensure best customer experience at all levels either at enquiry, test drive, booking & delivery level.
• Sells accessories, insurance & finance products along with vehicle sales.
• Builds customer loyalty & promotes dealership brand image.
