Job Description

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading and driving the sales strategies for the company's automotive products. This position requires an experienced leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry, specifically in sales and team management. The role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, market analysis, and a deep understanding of consumer trends to expand the companys market share and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
    • Conduct regular training and development programs for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge.
    • Foster a high-performance culture within the team.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase market penetration.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Oversee the performance of regional and national sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, addressing any issues or complaints promptly.
    • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with major clients and key accounts.
  • Budget and Financial Oversight:
    • Monitor and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
    • Report regularly on sales performance, trends, and profitability.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
    • Provide feedback from the sales team to improve product offerings, marketing campaigns, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales within the automobile or automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    • Proven track record of sales achievement and team management.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.
