Head - Sales - eCommerce (7-14 yrs)

Head - e-commerce for a luxury skincare brand based in Gurgaon.

The position will lead the e-com vertical with a strong career progression with an opportunity to work for a global skincare luxe brand.

Key Functional Expertise:

1. Defining & achieving annual business plan along with GMV targets & budgets

2. Design and implement strategy to increase traffic on product page and website

3. Planning marketing activations & optimizing ROI for spends basis impressions, CTR & conversions

4. Design effective consumer campaigns to increase on site visibility, CPC & CPM campaigns

5. Coordinate with sales, supply, and brand team successful execution

Key Essentials

1. 8-10 years of experience primarily in e-commerce

2. Expertise in beauty industry preferred
