What youll be working on: 


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional client support and personalized service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, and a proven track record of utilizing digital platforms for client engagement.


Role & responsibilities


  • Recruit, train, and manage customer service representatives with a focus on insurance expertise.
  • Develop a high-performing team to provide personalized and efficient service to clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Leverage WhatsApp Business and Telegram to build and maintain client engagement communities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
  • Analyze client feedback and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on customer service metrics and initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in utilizing digital platforms such as WhatsApp Business and Telegram for client engagement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to enhance customer service operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer service software.
