Industrial Engineer

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Follow-up with Fabric & Stores by updating DMRS

• Production planning (Cut to Ship) with GM.

• Style analyzing (Pre-Production Activity).

• Operation bulletin preparation with IE Team.

• Arranging for machine requirements (Pre-Production Activity).

• Manpower allocation & Loss / Profit analysis.

• Reduction of operators / N-operators (S.A.M)

• Training & developing skill levels online during the production.

• Analysing the OB and check for the possible Combination and Improvements to reduce the No of Operations for new style.

• Analyse the Thread Consumption for garments to Ensure uninterrupted flow.

• Conducting Risk Analysis meeting for all styles to have better productivity.

• Preparing & modifying the Line Layout according to the requirement.

• Monitoring and identifying Bottleneck Operations and solve it to improve production.

• Reduce changeover time from style to style to improve Factory Efficiency.

• Ensure appropriate Training is provided for the New Operators, existing Employees and Captains.

• Develop and implement required work aids for De-skill & Improve Line Efficiency.

• Responsible for Method Improvement.

• Fixing the line targets based on the slab efficiency.

• Capable of handling entire factory activities.

• Manpower allocation.

• Line Balancing.

• Generating Skill Matrix. (Line-Wise)

• Loss / Profit analysis.

• Peak to peak Eff% monitoring during style changes.

• Batch setting with Production, Maintenance & Quality team.

• Doing periodic grade change process for good performers.

• Maintaining supervisor performance report.

• Maintaining production status report.

• Making at least two KAIZENS” in a month.

• HO’ s GSD sheet cross verification & revising if changes found.

• Cross checking Thread consumptions.

• Reduction of operators / N-operators (S.A.M)

• Production Summary Slip Entry Follow up in Line & Software.

• Training & developing skill levels online during the production.

• Capable of handling entire factory activities.
