Sales Manager -Small Home Appliances (Mixer Grinder, Kettle, Infrared)

Role & responsibilities :

The primary purpose of the position is to deliver accelerated and profitable business growth to handle Sales for Consumer durable Home Appliances like Mixer Grinder, Electric kettle, Infrared Cooktop, Blenders, TV, washing machine and Cooler through OEM sales.

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for small home appliances through effective sales strategies and execution.
• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retail partners to increase market reach.
• Channel Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and trade schemes to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend necessary business strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, supply chain, and service teams to ensure smooth product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and present insights to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile :

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in home appliances (Mixer Grinder, Juicer Mixer Grinder, Electric Kettle, Infrared, etc.).

Strong experience in channel sales, distributor management, and B2B sales.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of regional markets and consumer behavior.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of the small home appliances market.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive sales growth.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales analytics.
