As a Data Analyst, you will be a key member of our Central Analytics Team, initially working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and operations to drive data-backed decision-making. Over time, this role will transition into a specific analytics pod, owning end-to-end analytics for a dedicated function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, building dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions across teams.
What Youll Do:
Data Exploration & Reporting - Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across different functions.
Business Insights & Recommendations - Analyze trends, identify inefficiencies, and suggest data-backed solutions.
Data Modeling & Automation - Develop ETL processes, automate reporting, and ensure data integrity.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to define success metrics and drive strategy.
Ad-Hoc Analysis - Respond to business queries with deep-dive insights that help optimize operations.
Monitor Data Quality: Ensure data availability and quality across internal tools and platforms, developing processes for ongoing monitoring.
Support Stakeholders: Establish and maintain data support and reporting needs for stakeholders across the company.
What Youll Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in engineering, data science, statistics, economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data/business analytics.
Technical Abilities: Experience working with cloud data warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Exposure to product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Snowplow.
Skills:
Business Acumen & Problem-Solving - : Understands business context and applies data to solve real-world problems, not just report numbers.
Technical Expertise - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) with experience in handling large datasets.
Stakeholder Management & Communication - Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
