Job Description


  • Develop detailed and competitive job descriptions for various roles.
  • Post job advertisements across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct assessments.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including salary negotiations and offer letters.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs.
2. Onboarding and Documentation Management
  • Conduct background checks and verify candidate documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of employment agreements and legal paperwork.
  • Set up new employees with system access and office equipment.
  • Conduct structured onboarding sessions to integrate new hires into the company culture.
3. Employee Induction and Engagement
  • Organize comprehensive induction programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, events, and employee recognition programs.
4. Training and Development
  • Identify training needs based on employee feedback and performance data.
  • Develop and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Promote mentorship programs and career development plans.
5. Performance Management and Succession Planning
  • Develop and manage the employee performance appraisal process.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and KPIs.
  • Provide performance feedback and design individual development plans.
  • Identify and groom high-potential employees for key roles through succession planning.
6. Policy Development and Compliance
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with business goals and labor laws.
  • Conduct awareness sessions on company policies, workplace ethics, and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.
7. Employee Wellness and Conflict Resolution
  • Design and implement wellness initiatives, including mental health support and stress management programs.
  • Mediate and resolve employee disputes professionally and impartially.
  • Develop policies to maintain a healthy work-life balance for employees.
8. Leave Management and Attendance Monitoring
  • Manage leave applications and maintain accurate records of employee attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with leave policies and generate reports for payroll processing.
9. Salary and Payroll Activities
  • Process payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and bonuses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
10. HR Data Analytics and Reporting
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics such as hiring efficiency, turnover rates, and training effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present HR dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Use HR analytics tools to support strategic decision-making.
11. Performance Reviews and Growth Mapping
  • Conduct structured performance evaluations and goal-setting sessions.
  • Identify employees for promotions and professional growth opportunities.
  • Establish career progression frameworks and conduct regular development sessions.
12. Employee Exit Process and Offboarding
  • Manage the entire exit process, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Collect feedback from departing employees to improve HR processes.
  • Ensure final settlements are processed smoothly and system access is revoked.
13. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
  • Develop strategies to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Promote awareness and training on DEI initiatives.
  • Monitor and report progress on diversity goals.
14. Temporary and Contractual Workforce Management
  • Handle hiring and management of freelancers, interns, and contract staff.
  • Ensure legal compliance and clear documentation for temporary workforce arrangements.
15. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives
  • Organize CSR events and encourage employee participation in volunteer programs.
  • Align CSR initiatives with company values and community engagement goals.
16. Continuous Improvement and Employee Feedback
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze feedback and take proactive steps to improve HR processes and company culture.
  • Maintain an open-door policy to address employee concerns and suggestions.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of HR experience across multiple functions, preferably in the tech sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and payroll software.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and metrics.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
