2. OVERALL, JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration:
ï•

Petty Cash Management â To handle petty cash and to keep account of expenses
House Keeping Management â Ensure cleanliness in the entire facility and manage
housekeeping staff.
ï•
ï•
Stationery Management â to maintain stock of stationary items for office use
To coordinate for the making of Employee Id Cards, Visiting Cards, RFID Cards
(Daalchini) on timely basis.
Facility Management:
ï•
ï•
ï•
To ensure timely maintenance of Electrical Equipmentâs, Office Furniture and general
plumbing work as and when required.
To ensure compliance related to Fire Extinguisher and training related to Fire and safety to
be planned for the employees.
Food Arrangements to be made as and when necessary/required.
Travel Desk and Stay Arrangements:

To ensure timely booking of travel tickets (Rail/Road/Air) in the cost-effective way and as
per the companyâs travel policy.
ï•

To arrange for hotel stay as per the company policy
Cab booking as per the requirement
Vendor Management:
To keep list ready for vendors providing House Keeping Material supplies, Stationary
ï•
Vendor, Id Cards, AC Vendors, Courier Vendors, CCD Machine Vendor, Electrician, Fire &
Safety Services
Documentations & Reports:

To maintain files of Vendor Bills, Electricity Bill etc.
To maintain expense reports in excel.
