Junior Manager - FMS

JOB PURPOSE

Supports the FMS Head with day-to-day operations of the facility(s) or Office including, general maintenance and helps to ensure these are carried out in a manner consistent with company policies and ownership directives.

Supervise the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and staff and to maintain the Facility Management Services (FMS) help desk to address any facility-related issues promptly.

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility management services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of services, monitoring performance, and resolving issues.

Prepare MIS / reports and presentations summarizing key performance metrics, expenditures, accomplishments, financials, and areas for improvement and to conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency, and recommend actionable solutions.

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to facility management and soft services and to conduct regular inspections to assess the condition of the facility and identify areas for improvement.

Support to FMS Head in Standardizing FMS functions across Group based on best industry practices. Eg. Changes in SOPs/ Revision of FMS Manual.
