Job Description
- Overall maintenance activities & plant improvement projects of the plant, to enhance plant availability
- Preventive & corrective maintenance of the machinery
- DG Set, Air Compressor, Transformer, UPS, HVAC System or Welding Set
- Development of local machines spares in place of Imported OE precious items.
- Maintaining TS-16949 documentation, being Specialization In TQM.
- Maintenance cost reduction by implementation of TQM concept like poka-yoke, Problem solving, 3M, 5s, QC tools suggestions etc.
- To Assist Building Project activities being done in the plant.
- Assist in projects execution for effectiveness and meet set targets.
- Co-ordinate with purchase for optimum utilization of spares and better quality product.
- Prepare MIS report of maintenance monthly/ Quarterly basis.
- To claim the bills from insurance under MBD policy to reduce the maint. Cost for accidental and heavy expenses.
- To handle critical electrical power and PLC /electronic control type machine failures and required electrical control improvements.
