Key Responsibilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams throughout the product life cycle. Provide support to the agile development process, including sprints, backlogs, and releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality product releases. Monitor performance metrics to evaluate product performance, identify areas of improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product experience. Effectively communicate product updates, timelines, and dependencies. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth. Setup and run multiple AB tests and prove feature success with data-driven insights. Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements. Qualifications & Skills Required. 2+ years of product management experience is a must. Managed and ran AB experiments in the past. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus around product launches.
