As a PM, youll be responsible for building and improving features that directly impact the user experience, ensuring that Freight Tigers products are not only functional but also intuitive, seamless, and delightful to use. You will advocate for the customer, obsess over quality and detail, and go above and beyond to ensure that every product release meets the highest standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities:. Own the product roadmap and feature development for Freight Tigers products with an unrelenting focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
Become a champion for the customer deeply understand their pain points, needs, and workflows in depth, and translate those insights into product features that create and capture real value.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a flawless user experience from end to end.
Build and refine features that enhance usability, quality, and the overall customer journey. Youre deeply invested in every detail, ensuring that the product doesnt just meet expectations but exceeds them.
Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and continuously iterate on product features to ensure they remain aligned with evolving needs.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quality standards are met and that every release is polished and free of bugs or usability issues.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to optimise processes, features, and user experience to make the product better and more impactful for customers.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Preferred qualifications:. 3-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of delivering high-quality, customer-centric products.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience designing and optimising user experiences for complex products.
Highly customer-obsessed, with a strong desire to understand and solve for user pain points.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and customer teams to deliver products that meet both business goals and user needs.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring that product features are high-quality and meet user expectations at every touchpoint.
Experience with B2B SaaS products, logistics, or fintech is a plus.
