Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include. Be responsible for the successful onboarding and launch of TMS for a customer. Monitor and review customer performance on TMS and implementation of health. Conduct UAT in coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders for customer sign-off. Maintain documentation and adherence to checklists for each implementation. Support the launch manager to prepare recommendations for customer. Support in creating and documenting SOPs for onboarding efficiency and internal training. Create product usage training material in coordination with the product and launch team.
