This jobholder is in charge of all Sales related reporting in India on regular and ad hoc basis.
The role retrieves, matches, calculates and interprets data to develop actionable steps and suggestions to the business field leaders that will improve processes and optimize results.
Day-to-day, he or she assesses business and client needs, analyses quality information, looking for trends and evaluating areas for improvement.
- Retrieves, analyses, combines and calculates key performance indicators and uses business intelligence tools (BI) to present and show the same in sales reports
- Develop and maintain sales reports and giving suggestions how to improve
- Applies business intelligence tools
- Acts as consultant for the Sales business fields when and where key performance indicators (KPI) are off track according plan and forecast and financial risks arising
- Set up operative and financial reports for performance steering and personnel steering including commission and bonus payments
- Involve in planning and forecasting figures for Sales department
- Evaluate and recommend strategic measures and changes when necessary based on data
- Generate Ad hoc reports as and when require
- Monitor and manage a small team of 1-2 people
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Excel and other business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical abilities
- Ideally SAP experience
- Independent working person
- Good time management / able to multitask
- Graduate
- 8-12 years of relevant experience
