Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer. Job Purpose. Handle all Service calls efficiently to gain Customer Satisfaction. Generate revenue through recommending Spare parts after service visit. To attend and prioritize service calls to minimize resolution time. Ensure sharing Best Practices within team to build more technical strength. Duties And

Responsibilities. Attend all service calls as per schedule given by Service Coordinator/Dispatcher. Submitting critical & recommended Spare Parts list to Customer after service visit. Timely submissions of Service reports and related reports to close calls raised in SAP. Improve technical

Skills to handle breakdown calls effectively to reduce downtime of MHEs. Decision making and problem solving attitude with joint team efforts. Always suggest ways in improving handling of Installations & Commissioning. Follow up on Payments with Customers. Implementing measures for enhancing Safety levels during service. Responsible for fulfilling all necessary documents related to Service activities.

Qualifications. Education : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics. Specialized knowledge : Special course in Mechanical, Hydraulics and Electrical circuits.
