Branch Manager

Role & responsibilities :

• Must have experience in AUTO PARTS SALES.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
• Prepares and completes marketing action plan.
• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating
• Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Achieve given sales target of branch/region.
• Heading and motivating the subordinates and selecting and recruiting them.
• Make good reputation in market and emphasis on sale and collection
• To keep check on outstanding and effort to minimize that.
• Control on branches

Desired Candidate's Profile :

1. Holding minimum experience of 5 yrs and maximum no bar.

2. Good leadership quality / a great team leader.

3. Having good relation in market.

4. Must be go - getter.
