- We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the pharmaceutical industry.
- This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software sales in technical computing, data science, ML/AI, MLOps, and DevOps, along with a proven ability to close large deals and grow multi-divisional accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to closure for a defined territory of enterprise accounts.
- Identify, manage, and expand complex, multi-divisional, and globally distributed customers.
- Collaborate with sales engineering and internal teams to ensure customer use cases are fully understood and documented.
- Strategically manage prospects and customers to execute the "land and expand" sales motion.
- Leverage Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer needs, ensuring valuable insights inform the product roadmap.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong expertise in selling technical computing, data science, ML/AI, MLOps, DevOps, or related solutions.
