Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge & experience on maintenance of various electrical installation used in large chemical complex.
• Well experienced on the maintenance of KV High Voltage Systems.
• Exposed to desired protection and safety standards applicable for Chemical & power plants for HT / LT networks.
• Have practiced on modern Electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations.
• Strong exposure to ERP or like software.

• Planning organizing & execution of scheduled maintenance activities of electrical installation of specified area with compliance of electrical safety norms.
• Effective supervision of operation of DG sets, transformer, HT & LT Substation and air conditioning system.
• Planning of preventive maintenance of all the electrical installations.
• Conceptualize the schemes related to energy conservation, cost reduction.
• Monitoring of daily check routine maintenance and supervision of electrical maintenance job.
• Ensuring time bound execution of new / modification projects and key initiatives like Six Sigma, WCM, resource conservation, zero discharge.
• Optimization of departmental inventory, budgetary planning and reduce R&M cost.
• Compliance to IMS requirements.
