Asstt. / Dy. Manager - Accounts Payable

Key Responsibilities:

• Capitalization of Fixed Assets and verification of Depreciation for posting
• Preparation of month end JV provision for Pending GRN, Inventory Provision, MIT, Prepaid Insurance, Admin and Utilities along with supporting and other necessary reclassification of entries as needed.
• Account payable and Receivable & Inventory Reconciliation.
• Vendor Payment verification before processing.
• Ownership for acknowledging the customer payments.
• Preparation of Financial statement (Balance sheet, Profit and loss account, Cash flow statement) along with Notes to accounts in accordance with Ind AS on quarterly and annually.
• Providing various MIS reports to senior Management and flagging issues and concerns. GM & Revenue analysis, EBITDA Analysis, Accounts Receivable analysis, Inventory management etc.
• Cost Centre wise Expense scrutiny from various reports of ERP Sage X3.
• Cash Flow preparation on Monthly (Direct & Indirect)
• Preparation Annual Budget & quarterly Latest estimates
