Role & responsibilities
Job Purpose
The Circle Business Head is responsible for the overall Business operations of the Circle according to Brands operational standards and run profitable business as an SBU. Majority of time is invested leading/guiding and coaching the team to meet Guest expectations, achieving both bottom and topline objectives, in line with the principles of Brands Vision and Mission.
As a Business Head, you are accountable for overall annual business plan execution and achievement of the same by aligning the available resources in the best possible manner and takes regional/corporate support as and when required to achieve the job context.

Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognised university with 12+ years of relevant experience.

Initiative: requires little or no supervision but will seek support from Head of Business Support if necessary. Understands the necessity to forward plan and think through potential complications. Credibility: has gained the respect from all members of the business, both seen as reliable, trustworthy and capable of performing the role; leads by example
