Job Description
1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager
Reports to: Region Maintenance Head
Department: Maintenance
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure Safety at work place through proper monitoring and streamline the process. To ensure 100%
Safety Compliance and Governance
To educate and embed the safe behavior at work place
3. JOB DIMENSIONS:

1 FireAlarm/CCTV/Gasleak Detector OGT/ETP/LPG/Oven/Electrical Panel/Servo
stabilizer/UPS Ensure the working condition of these equipment's as per store, Make safety parameters checklist for each of one and share it on monthly basis. To arrange the essential
Certificates in each store which are related to these equipment's. Related issues will resolve
by timely.
Need to ensure every type of fire extinguisher should be present at designated place in store, Verify the locking pin is intact and the tamper seal is unbroken. Confirm the
pressure gauge or indicator is in the operable range or position. Checklist should be updated, Maintain the soft copy of due date of every fire extinguisher present in store.
2 Fire Extinguisher/ 100% PPE compliance Appropriate PPE is selected, Fitted and used for
protection against hazards identified. PPE is properly stored and maintained, A compliant rating would indicate that appropriate PPE was selected, Fitted, and used based upon the hazards.1)Minor accidents-Accidents are reported to CMM's, and Safety head with proper RCA format.
2) Reportable accidents/Major accidents- Accidents are reported to the higher
management(CMM's, RMM's, safety head and maintenance head) with consolidate RCA format.
3 Major/Minor Accidents Example of Reportable accidents:- Bursting of any equipment at store level, Explosion of fire causing damage to any room or place where person are employed etc. Visit should be compulsory in every accidents mentioned above.
Fire safety training related to every safety equipment at store
must be conducted once in a month. It will conduct at
circle wise or monthly meet at circle office.
Fire and mock drill mustbeconducted once in a month
(Obstructed and unobstructed) both as per circle wise.
4 Safety Training & F&S Mock drills presentation and documents must be recorded for
above activities and will submitted on monthly
basis. Make ERT(emergency response team)as per region wise.
5 100%OHSAS/ISO certified& safety norms
Compliance All Restaurants must follow OHSAS standards and 100%
complianceto Fire Safety norms &noviolationsagainst
safety norms.
All the fire safety and LPG checklist must be
updated regularly and approved from fire safety officer. 6 Reduction in Road Fatalities 1. Implement the agreed action plan for road safety for
Bikers to achieve zero road fatalities.
Support in Fatality investigation & Implementation of Action plan. NOC/Certificate As per government circular we have to comply the Fire NOC in required stores. Weigh scale certificate and all required NOC (as per circle requirement) should be available as per store wise. Project Handover-Safety checks Check all fire norms should be completed at store while
take handover from project team, Checklist should be updated in MS- dynamics also. Automation & Digitization of Safety systems 100% Implementation of EHS tool with modules like Audit & Inspection, Safety MIS, Incident management, Quiz, Audit &
Inspection etc.
Support in implementation & updating the safety requirements in MS Dynamics.
