Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager-Rewards at Jubilant Food works. This role will work closely with the HR team, HR Leadership Team and Senior Management to support the design and implementation of competitive and equitable reward strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Strategy and Design:

    • Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of compensation programs, including base salary, variable pay, and incentive plans.
    • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
    • Recommend changes to pay structures to reflect the business's goals and the competitive landscape.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Develop and maintain key metrics and dashboards related to compensation and benefits.
    • Analyze compensation data to ensure equitable pay practices and identify areas for improvement.

Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs):

    • Support the Design, implementation and management of Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs) to reward and retain key talent, particularly at the leadership level.
    • Ensure LTIP structures are aligned with the companys growth goals, financial health, and long-term business strategy.
    • Manage and administer LTIP Grant Cycles

Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Work closely with HR business partners, senior leadership, and department heads to understand the talent strategy and review and amend compensation plans to align with business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and support to HR teams and employees regarding compensation-related inquiries and concerns.

Budget Management:

    • Manage the Compensation budget, ensuring alignment with the organization's financial goals and compensation philosophy.
    • Prepare cost projections and provide recommendations for optimizing the budget allocation.

Compliance and Governance:

    • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure the appropriate handling of regulatory and reporting requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Compensation management in a corporate HR environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation structures and salary benchmarking,
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Excel, and other data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to design and implement effective compensation strategies.

3+ years of consulting experience preferred
