Key Responsibilities:

1. Experience in handling cell culture activities, maintaining cell culture equipment including cleaning, CO2 gas supply and routine contamination checks.
2. Design and execute Caco-2, MDCK wild type, HepG2, MDCK-II-MDR1, MDCK-II BCRP transporter assays in 24 well/ 96 well plate transwell assays.
3. Design and execute PXR based assay (CYP Induction).
4. Preparation reports, eLN updation on time, reporting of study results.
5. Employ careful aseptic technique and follow all tissue culture laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) closely, keeping full and accurate details of procedures.
6. Preparation of cell culture media and associated reagents and growth factors. Maintenance, cryopreservation, and cataloguing of various cell culture lines.
7. Knowledge of Hepatocyte stability and other DMPK ADME assay.
