Graduate in Chemical Engineering from an institute of Repute
Functional knowledge Competencies
- Process Development skill.
- Preparation of DOE
- RD data comparison for scale up.
- Exposure to pilot skid design
- Stabilization of pilot plant based on bench scale data for scale up.
- Preparation of BFD
- Preparation of PFD,
- Preparation PID as per latest international code
- Through Knowledge of heat and mass transfer.
- Equipment sizing and selection
- Clear idea of unit process and unit operations
- Basic Knowledge of flow chemistry.
- Hydraulic calculations
- Utility requirements (Black and clean)
- Preparing of PDS, MDS and IPDS.
- Preparation of line list and SM list
- TBE Preparations
- Understanding of Plant layout
- Project cost estimation in Precapexes and capex level
- Estimation of relief loads / safety valve sizing
- HAZOP/ HAZARD analysis
- Preparation of techno commercial evaluation.
- Project scheduling on MS office/Primavera
- Project cost estimation / projects scheduling
- Good exposure of Precommissioning check list
- Good knowledge of international code and standard
- Developing operation logic.
- Strong Precommissioning and commissioning understanding
- Clear understanding of CIP and SIP
- Good exposure to DCS operations.
- Good exposure on simulation software like ASPEN, HTRI and Chem-Cad.
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Good knowledge on Area Classification and Relief calculation
- Good understanding of international Code andstandards.
