Job Description:

Candidate Undertakes administrative job duties related to the sales department. Manage ticketing software, listing, website back end, manage sales lead to convert sales, provide necessary sales support to sales team

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for birthday party bookings.
• Handle inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; deliver engaging sales pitches.
• Convert leads into bookings and explore upselling opportunities for additional services.
• Guide clients through the planning process with tailored advice and recommendations.
• Register client information and maintain up-to-date records of new and returning customers.
• Conduct follow-up and promotional calls to past clients to encourage repeat bookings.
• Create customized event plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Welcome hosts and guests on the event day, ensuring a positive experience.
• Oversee event proceedings to confirm all aspects meet client expectations.
• Handle financial and commercial aspects of bookings and events, updating sales and financial reports.
• Deliver daily or post-event sales and attendance summaries.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on demand generation activities to attract new leads.
• Engage in lead generation through calls, emails, on-site promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Grow the client database by seeking referrals and repeat business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales with strong customer acquisition and retention skills.
• Proficient in using CRM and ERP software to manage customer information, track sales, and generate insightful reports.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, and preparing presentations.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with a talent for prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent customer service skills, adept at addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive client experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed to meet client demands and achieve sales target

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in [relevant field] or equivalent work experience.
• Certified courses in MS Office to demonstrate proficiency.
• 5/6 years of experience in sales.
