Job Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Employee, will be responsible for managing and optimizing our performance marketing, growth marketing, SEO, WhatsApp marketing, and email marketing campaigns. Your role will be pivotal in driving traffic to our website, increasing brand awareness, and contributing to the growth of our organization. If you have 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a background in startups, wed love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
• Manage and optimize growth marketing strategies, focusing on scaling and expanding our online presence.
• Oversee SEO activities to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Create and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage with customers effectively.
• Develop, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns to build relationships with customers and drive conversions.
• Track and measure key performance metrics to assess campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

Key Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Proven experience managing performance marketing, growth marketing, SEO, WhatsApp, and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and strategies.
• Ability to drive traffic, improve engagement, and achieve measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
