Were seeking a dynamic and skilled Website & E-Commerce Manager to oversee the management of our website, content development, e-commerce platform, and data analytics. This individual will work closely with the performance marketing team to ensure a seamless online presence and drive growth through data-backed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Museum of Solutions website, ensuring it is functional, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand.
• Collaborate with the content development team to create, optimize, and publish engaging content for the website, blog, and e-commerce platform.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to integrate and optimize the website for SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to generate insights and implement improvements.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website performance, sales, and content effectiveness.
• Coordinate with IT and design teams to ensure website functionality and aesthetics meet company standards.

Key Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in managing websites and e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of content development and data analytics.
