As the IT Infrastructure Manager the main purpose of your role will be to provide reliable, high quality IT Services for the business IT systems and infrastructure, aligning service delivery with business needs.

As the Technology Manager lead the manage and maintain the digital Assets, help users build new assets through technology partner with any standard compliances necessary

Reporting directly to the Business Vertical Head of MuSo Operations you will lead the premises IT Infrastructure with delivery and support a reliable and cost-effective service across all support systems.

This role will be based at our site in Lower Parel with the expectation of managing entire IT infra & surrounding integrated systems so that business is always up & running.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the day to day operational and Projects tasks within the IT Infrastructure.
• Managing the IT Infrastructure completely with support of FMS onsit eengg.
• Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.
• Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, network LAN/WAN and operating systems.
• Coordinating technology installations, upgrades and maintenance.
• Coordinating with Central IT Team for any kind of L2/L3 support
• Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary on the guidelines and following the DOP.
• Testing, troubleshooting and modifying information systems so they operate effectively.
• Generating performance reports for the entire IT Infra for which the responsibility is given .
• Ensuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes and regulations.
• Evaluating technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
• Keeping up to date with advances in technology and industry best practice.
• Patching IT systems & Integrated systems as per the VA report.
• Demonstrating a deep technical and strategic understanding of the IT Services and Operations.
• Solving complex and diverse problems by continually re-evaluating new and/or conflicting factors.
• Managing internal and external communications and being the primary contact of escalation for business issues.
• Assisting with the management of relationships with external vendors/partners or suppliers.
• Ensuring all best & standard practises are followed to up keep the entire IT Infra.
• Manging vendors/partners or suppliers are managed and maintained, ensuring all contracts are up to date without any delay for business to hamper.
• Strong hands-on experience on trouble shooting of Network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) & Server.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., SDWAN routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi , VPN, QoS)
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Proven knowledge and experience of delivering technical support services.
