Assistant Vice President/Vice President - CA/CFA/CPA (8-16 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our vCFO Services, catering to Fortune 300 clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, GST compliances, and Financial & Accounting (F&A) Advisory while also possessing business development acumen to drive client growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & vCFO Services:

- Lead and manage the vCFO function, offering strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for clients.

- Provide expert advisory on financial structuring, working capital management, and cost optimization.

- Ensure regulatory compliance, including tax planning, GST adherence, and corporate governance.

- Monitor cash flow, risk management, and financial reporting for clients.

Accounting, Bookkeeping & Compliance:

- Oversee bookkeeping operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.

- Ensure compliance with GST, direct & indirect taxes, and statutory filings.

- Drive account reconciliations, audits, and internal financial controls.

- Liaise with tax authorities and auditors for seamless compliance and reporting.

F&A Advisory & Business Growth:

- Advise clients on financial restructuring, investment planning, and cost management.

- Identify growth opportunities, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance financial processes.

- Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs for clients.

Business Development & Client Acquisition:

- Identify potential clients and pitch vCFO & F&A advisory services.

- Drive business expansion by networking, forming partnerships, and leveraging industry relationships.

- Engage with CXOs and Founders to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Create proposals, pricing models, and strategic growth plans for the division.

Key Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Accounting, GST Compliance, F&A Advisory, and Business Development.

- Strong knowledge of Indian and International Accounting Standards (GAAP/IFRS).

- Experience working with consulting firms, Big 4s, or financial advisory companies.

- Hands-on expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).

- Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic partnerships.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / CPA / CFA preferred with 8+ years of experience in financial consulting, accounting, or CFO services.

- Prior experience in leading a vCFO or outsourced finance function is a plus.
