UI/UX Desiner and Business Analyst (Contract)

Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (UI/UX Focus)
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in UI/UX design to bridge the gap between business requirements and UI development. This role requires a strong understanding of user experience design principles, proficiency in Figma, and the ability to translate complex business needs into intuitive designs and actionable tasks for the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma.
• Work closely with UI developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of objectives.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend UI/UX improvements to enhance user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and manage Figma libraries and ensure design consistency across all projects.
• Provide support in project management tasks, including task prioritization, progress tracking, and status reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and digital product development.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, best practices, and tools.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development processes is a plus.

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (e.g., Technical Business Analyst, Product Designer, or UI/UX Specialist).
• Proven experience collaborating with UI developers to deliver high-quality user interfaces.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
